Nova: Janice, the president of our company, Mr Smith, will invite two programmers to give us a lecture this afternoon. Are all the members notified?
諾娃:賈尼斯,我們公司總裁史密斯先生今天下午邀請(qǐng)兩位編程人員為我們進(jìn)行一場(chǎng)講演。你都通知到了嗎?
Janice: Yes. I have given all the designers notice of meeting by telephone.

Nova: Is the room ready for the lecture now?

Janice: Yes, I have prepared. I have also prepared a meeting memo.

Nova: Excellent. How about the microphone and speaker?

Janice: I have prepared name cards to be put on the conference table for everyone to sit by. What time would you like to provide the refreshment?

Nova: Well, after the half of the meeting, there will be an interval for rest and refreshment.

Arden: Let's call the meeting to order. Have you read the conference agenda before the meeting? I will ask our marketing director, Mike to lay out the main points for this meeting.

Mike: Thanks. Please allow me to draw your attention to the main issues of today's meeting. First of all, the market of our clothes in Hangzhou was shrinking. So here we should think of some strategies to solve the problem. What can we do now?

Sam: Someone should be sent to Hangzhou to have a thorough market investigation, and to have a detailed report on some reasons for the shrinkage.
山姆:應(yīng)該派人去杭州市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行徹底的市場(chǎng)研發(fā),并得出一個(gè)詳盡的產(chǎn)品銷坫萎縮的原因分析報(bào)告。
Arden: Sounds good. I want to hear from everyone's opinion.

Jennifer: And we should also know something about our competitors there and find out their advantages and our disadvantages.

Jim: With the investigation data, we can decide the strategies later.

Arden: OK! Who wants to be in charge of this investigation?

Fred: Sir, would you allow me to have this investigation in Shenzhen? I believe I can make it.

Arden: Young man, later you can come to my office and I will give you some suggestions on your investigation.
