外貿(mào)交易拒絕代理商對話
在外貿(mào)交易中,如果遇到不合適的代理商請求信,當(dāng)然要給出拒絕,但是要如何拒絕代理商呢?來看看下面的對話學(xué)習(xí)一下吧。
A:Mr. king, I think you have received the letter which indicates that we are willing to be your agent.
A;金先生,我想你已經(jīng)收到了那封表明我們愿意 做你方代理的信。
B: Yes.Mr. Wu. We received it a week ago.
B:對,吳先生。我們一周前收到的。
A:Whafs your opinion?
A:你方意見如何?
B:To be frank . Mr. Wu . after reading your letter. I feel that it's not a mature time for you to act as a sole agent for us.
B:嗯,恕我直言,吳先生?戳诵藕笪腋杏X你方做我們獨家代理的時機還不成熟。
A: Why not ?
A:原因何在?
B: Here are several points to support my idea. Firstly. you are not very experienced in trading with our products. You'll need some time to find out the potential market ability. Secondly,the annual order and turnover you promised is much lower than our expectation.
B:下面幾點足以說明我的看法。 第一,你方以前,經(jīng)營我方產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗不足,所以,你方需要花費一定時間來調(diào)查潛在的市場能力。 第二,你們所承諾的年訂貨量和營業(yè)額都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于我方的期望。
A:But this figure is only our first year's aim. We'll gradually enlarge our selling amount later. Though the order is not big. it will help you to establish your market channel and expand the influence of your products in the region. Don't you think so?
A:但這個數(shù)目只是我們第一年的目標(biāo)。以后我們會逐漸擴大我們的銷售額。盡管我們的.貨量不大,但它會幫助你們在這個國家溝通市場渠道,并擴大你們的產(chǎn)品影響。你不這么認(rèn)為嗎?
B:What you say is reasonable. But it's not the only way to push sales for us. We may make full use of our advertisements and sales force to enlarge our sales market.
B:你說的沒錯。但是代理并非是促銷的唯一渠道。我們可以充分利用廣告和銷售人員來擴大我方的銷售市場。
A:But these will cost more and the effect may not be as evident as to have an agent.
A:但是,上述方法既消耗錢財,效果又不如設(shè)置代理明顯。
B:I see your point. Mr. Wu. Thank you for your good intentions. We'll consider your request when the chances serve.
B:我明白你的意思,吳先生。謝謝你的良好意愿,以后有機會我們會考慮你方的要求。
