仲裁條款
A: I think we have everything in the contract. Shall we sign it'?
A:我認(rèn)為合同里包括了所有內(nèi)容,我們可以簽字嗎?
B: Wait a minute. I think we have missed an important point. We should include an arbitration clause in the contract.
B:等一下,我覺得我們遺漏了重要的一點。我們應(yīng)在合同中加上仲裁條款。
A: I believe we can solve disputes through an amicable negotiation.
A:我認(rèn)為我們可以通過友好協(xié)商的方式解決爭議。
B: I hope so. too. But I still think the provision of arbitration is of great importance to both of us.
B:我也希望如此一但我仍認(rèn)為仲裁條款確實塒我們雙方都非常重要
A: All right. I agree with you. But where do we hold arbitration'l
A:好的.,我同意你的看法但我們在哪一國進行仲裁呢?
B: I suggest the arbitration be held in a third country.
B:我建議在第三國進行仲裁
A : It sounds reasonable. The clause should be like this : any disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled in a friendly way. If no settlement can be reached through consul- tation and conciliation, the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration by a mutually nominated arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision on the dispute is final and binding on the both parlies.
A:這很合理二條款應(yīng)這么寫:合同執(zhí)行過程中出現(xiàn)的任何爭執(zhí)都應(yīng)通過友好式加以解決二如果無法通過調(diào)節(jié)協(xié)商解決,應(yīng)提交由雙方指定的仲裁人加以裁定。仲裁人對爭執(zhí)所做的裁決為最后裁決,對雙方均具有約束力。
