　　不少面試者不太重視自我介紹部分，除了像調(diào)查戶口似地“匯報(bào)”一下自己的姓名、專業(yè)、畢業(yè)院校/曾經(jīng)的工作單位之外，就再也說不出什么能吸引面試官的內(nèi)容了。其實(shí)，面試官需要知道的恰恰是你沒有說出來的那些信息，畢竟能從簡歷上看到的內(nèi)容，面試官都已經(jīng)知道了。你要說的應(yīng)該是簡歷中沒有寫出來或者沒有具體寫的事情。

　　第一步：認(rèn)識(shí)自己。
