　　1.Tell me about yourself?

　　酒店面試官常常以這樣的問(wèn)題開(kāi)始。記住，他們想要聽(tīng)到的是你的工作技巧，不是你的個(gè)人生活。不要說(shuō)，"I was born in Taipei," "I like to play computer games,"或是"I have two brothers."告訴他們有關(guān)你職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展，你學(xué)到的東西或是你是如何具備專業(yè)技能的。

　　2.What are your strengths?

　　繼續(xù)，推銷(xiāo)你自己這個(gè)問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵是給出具體的例子。避免只是簡(jiǎn)單地列出幾項(xiàng)，如："I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others."接著具體闡述你剛才的提到的內(nèi)容，“For example…”并解釋你在之前的工作中是如何運(yùn)用此特長(zhǎng)的。

　　3.Why are you interested in working for our company?

　　雇主們想要知道你為什么想為他們工作。因此就讓他們了解你很清楚公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式以及你對(duì)此工作非常有積極性。不要以"Umm," "I don't know," "It seemed like a good career move," 或是"I haven't been able to find anything else interesting."開(kāi)始。記住雇主們想知道你能帶給酒店什么，而不是酒店能帶給你什么!

　　4.Why did you leave your last job?

　　可能你上一份工作非常的糟糕，但是面試并不是談?wù)摰暮线m的場(chǎng)合。就算是真的，不要對(duì)你現(xiàn)有的或是過(guò)去的雇主或是同事進(jìn)行負(fù)面還是武斷的評(píng)論："I didn't agree with the company's direction," "I got no recognition for my work," "My boss was totally unreasonable."像這樣的評(píng)論會(huì)讓你聽(tīng)起來(lái)不可理喻。

　　5.Do you have any questions for me?

　　酒店面試官出于禮貌，通常以此問(wèn)句結(jié)束面試。為了顯示你非常了解該酒店的話，那就詢問(wèn)些具體的問(wèn)題，并表示希望了解更多的內(nèi)容。不要問(wèn)那些你早就該知道答案的問(wèn)題，像是"What does your company do?" 或是"Could you tell me your name again?"此外，不要問(wèn)薪水或是和假期相關(guān)的問(wèn)題："When do you give raises?" "How much vacation time can I nexpect?"在聽(tīng)到了他們告訴你，"We'd like to offer you the job."才去問(wèn)此類(lèi)的問(wèn)題。
