過半員工年終獎將低于5000元
Some 40 percent of respondents are not satisfied with the state of their year-end bonuses as Spring Festival, or China's Lunar New Year, approaches, according to a survey by China Youth Daily.
根據(jù)《中國青年報》的一項調(diào)查顯示,隨著中國農(nóng)歷新年,也就是春節(jié)的臨近,約40%的受訪者對自己的年終獎不滿意。
The survey finds that 20 percent have received a bonus, while 16.8 percent didn't expect to receive any such reward, one month out from the festival.
調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),在距離春節(jié)還有一個月的時間的`現(xiàn)在,有20%的受訪者已經(jīng)拿到了年終獎,有16.8%的人本來沒有期望著能得到這種獎勵。
Of the respondents, 55.6 percent say their bonuses will be less than 5,000 yuan and 16 percent predict the amount to be between 5,000 and 10,000 yuan. Some three percent think they will receive 30,000 yuan after one year's work and 18.3 percent are likely to get less than 1,000 yuan.
在所有受訪者中,55.6%的人表示自己的年終獎將在5000元以下,16%的受訪者預(yù)測年終獎在5000元至1萬元間。約3%的受訪者表示年終獎會超過3萬元,18.3%的受訪者年終獎可能在1000元以下。
Su Xiaoxu, who works at a state-owned enterprise, says she expects almost no bonus because the stock market and policy were so volatile in 2015.
在某國企工作的蘇曉旭表示,今年的年終獎自己就不抱什么期望了,因為2015年的政策和股市波動太過劇烈了。
Amid the economic slowdown, 42.7 percent think they will receive less of a bonus than in 2014, while 20 percent predict more extra money this year.
在經(jīng)濟形勢總體下滑的背景下,和2014年相比,42.7%的受訪者認(rèn)為年終獎會比去年少,而只有20%的受訪者會認(rèn)為今年能比去年多一些。
The survey also finds that of respondents working for foreign companies, 29.8% are satisfied with their bonuses, while in SOEs the figure is 28.5%, and for employees in private business, 15%.
調(diào)查還發(fā)現(xiàn),外企中,對年終獎滿意的受訪者為29.8%,國企中這一數(shù)字為28.5%,民企中這一數(shù)字為15%。
