　　實(shí)習(xí)期間，他愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，對(duì)工程分部、分項(xiàng)易出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化并擬定預(yù)檢措施，例如：土建工程混凝土澆筑工程施工中，涉及到墻體砌筑、模板及鋼筋制作安裝、砼澆灌等多道工序，加強(qiáng)監(jiān)控，在監(jiān)理工程師的親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)下，他不恥下問(wèn)、力求上進(jìn)。并對(duì)影響施工質(zhì)量的因素事先請(qǐng)教，為保證施工質(zhì)量，他及時(shí)協(xié)同監(jiān)理工程師采取旁站措施并下發(fā)監(jiān)理通知要求施工單位，按照設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)要求、施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范，按質(zhì)、按量施工，確保施工質(zhì)量。

　　監(jiān)理記錄和平行檢查記錄是工程監(jiān)理不可缺少的環(huán)節(jié)，每周的監(jiān)理例會(huì)有完整而充分的監(jiān)理筆記，對(duì)于施工單位上報(bào)的資料和監(jiān)理資料整理得井然有序，能夠及時(shí)發(fā)放監(jiān)理文件。
