  Dear sir or madam,

  I learned from xxxxx that your company is offering a positing for a secretary,and it’s a great pleasure for me to write to explore the possibility of seeking the job.

  I graduated two years ago from xxxxxx,and obtained xxxxx degree in the field of business management.During my stay in the university my major course included macro-economic,business communication skills,marketing and computer applications.I was especially fond of the coumnication skills which enabled me to dead with people and things around well.

  Upon graduation I engaged with xxxxx as an assistant to the head of xxxxxDepartment.
