　　準備幾個基本問題

　　如果你提前知道了電話面試的時間，則可以在面試時把簡歷、coverletter放在你旁邊的桌子上，直接運用里面的句子回答問題。一些基本的問題，你可以事先準備好答案。通常，在電話英語面試的時候會提道：

　　雖然下面這些電話面試的技巧看上去很簡單，但是這有助于使你頭腦清醒并提醒你在電話面試中什么是該做的什么是不該做的，以便你不會因為忘記了其中一個要點而喪失了一個很棒的機會。

　　技巧 1 ：環(huán)境

　　確保你的面試是環(huán)境安靜的，這樣你就不會被弄得心緒不寧或被打斷，而且還要保證電話是通的。

　　很明顯，你不應該打算在工作的時候接受一次電話面試。如果面試必須在中午進行，那么你應該讓自己盡量少的離開辦公室。如果在家里閑著，要確定你的家人是理解你的，讓你占用電話并且在你面試的時候不會被打攪。把寵物都放到門外面去，并且關上你辦公室的門。如果你能避免別人在電話呼叫中的等待，最好就這么做。

　　還有記住不要關掉你的移動電話。

　　技巧 2 ：工具

　　在手邊放一支鋼筆和一張紙。你可能回在面試的時候記上一點東西。而且鋼筆要能夠?qū)�，更好一點的是在很容易拿到的地方放上一兩支備用的。

　　把你的履歷表是放在你的正前方，同時準備一份你要問面試者的問題的清單。你還需要整理出一份你所掌握的技術的列表，連同它們相應的時間和地點，這就讓你實力一目了然。

　　在你的桌子附近放一面鏡子來提醒你保持微笑也是一個好主意。如果在整個電話中你的面部表情一直是微笑，那么你將給人更多積極的樂觀的印象。不管怎樣，不要鬧出笑話。因為沒有了肢體語言的優(yōu)勢，你的幽默很容易被誤解。

　　技巧 3 ：聲音

　　說話要清楚，不要說的太急。感到緊張是很自然的，但是要試著讓自己慢慢放松。如果你說的太急，面試者將會很難聽懂你的意思。一旦你感覺到很緊張，而且在說某些話時無法繼續(xù)下去，最好停下來，深深的吸一口氣，然后說："對不起，請讓我再來一次。"沒有人會因為這些細微的緊張就給你下定論。不過你千萬不要讓緊張的情緒控制住了自己。

　　技巧 4 ：答案

　　認真的聽你被問到的問題。注意面試者的用詞，他(她)所說的大部分都是專業(yè)術語嗎?要讓你的答案顯示你對那些專業(yè)術語是如此的熟悉--但同時也要讓他(她)知道你可以跟普通人交流。不要讓你的回答局限于行話之中--要讓面試者可以評價你和普通人交流專業(yè)知識的能力。不必擔心在回答一個問題之前你需要花一點時間去思考。不過不管怎樣，因為面試者不能夠看見你，所以你需要給他(她)一些口頭的暗示，比如："我希望能夠給你一個完整的答案，請給我一點時間來整理一下我所想到的。"

　　技巧 5 ：感謝

　　千萬不能忘記，在面試的結(jié)束的時候要記得感謝面試者占用了他(她)的時間，而且你還要保證面試者有你正確的電話號碼，以便在接下來的幾個星期里他(她)能找到你(如果你已經(jīng)打算去旅游或者要出遠門，把日期延遲是相當重要的)。

　　面試結(jié)束后

　　立即掛上電話，寫一份關于面試的簡短的感謝信，如果你發(fā)電子郵件的話必須在一個小時內(nèi)發(fā)出，如果是發(fā)普通信件的話在這一天之內(nèi)就可以了。

　　在你的感謝信里面，重申你對占用了面試者的時間的感激以及給一些其它的問題的答復是很重要的。如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)在面試的時候你有一個很重要的經(jīng)歷沒有被提到，那么這封感謝信將是補充這些附加信息的最好的地方。

　　一旦郵件發(fā)出了，你就把大致可以得到反饋信息的時間在電子郵件日歷或者桌子的日歷上做一個記號。留意一下，如果在這之后的一個星期內(nèi)還沒有得到任何答復，也不要以為事情已經(jīng)到了最糟糕的地步。你要知道這可能是因為你的時間表訂的太緊了;也有可能是你的面試者現(xiàn)在正忙得不可開交。去打個電話但是不要說太多的話。如果仍然沒有音訊的話，下一個電話就需要詢問關于進行面對面面試的人選是否已經(jīng)決定或者你什么時候可以得到答復。如果你能夠得到一個預約見面的日期，這證明你就是最好的。

　　電話面試在找工作時可能是一種威脅--特別是對于那些沒有經(jīng)歷過電話面試的管理者或者第一次找工作的人。但是如果你的準備足夠充分，你將會堅信自己的能力并且能夠通過電話線讓別人看到你的才干。

　　Now I will introduce myself briefly.

　　I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In July 2003, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

　　And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

　　英語求職面試禮儀

　　面試之前

　　服飾

　　男士得穿上整潔的服裝，但不必刻意打扮。女士應穿得整潔、明亮，叮當作響的珠寶飾物、過濃的香水、沒拉直的絲-襪、未修過的指甲或是蓬松的頭發(fā)等，

　　都足以抵消求職信給予考官的良好印象。

　　選擇服裝的關鍵是看職位要求。應聘銀行、政府部門，穿著偏向傳統(tǒng)正規(guī);應聘公關、時尚雜志等，則可以適當?shù)卦诜�裝上加些流行元素。除了應聘娛樂影視廣告這類行業(yè)外，最好不要選擇太過突兀的穿著。應屆畢業(yè)生允許有一些學生氣的裝扮，可以穿休閑類套裝。此外應聘時不宜佩戴太多的飾物，這容易分散考官的注意力。

　　守時

　　守時是職業(yè)道德的基本要求，提前10-15分鐘到達面試地點效果最佳。提前半小時以上到達會被視為沒有時間觀念，但在面試時遲到或是匆匆忙忙趕到卻是致命的。不管你有什么理由，遲到也會被視為缺乏自我管理和約束能力。

　　如果路程較遠，寧可早點出門，但早到后不宜立刻進入辦公室，可在附近的咖啡廳等候。

　　面試之中

　　肢體語言

　　眼神： 交流中目光要注視對方，但萬萬不可死盯著別人看。如果不止一個人在場，要經(jīng)常用目光掃視一下其他人，以示尊重和平等。

　　握手： 當面試官的手朝你伸過來之后，握住它，握手應該堅實有力，雙眼要直視對方。不要太使勁，不要使勁搖晃;不要用兩只手，用這種方式握手在西方公司看來不夠?qū)�業(yè)。手應當是干燥、溫暖的。如果你剛剛趕到面試現(xiàn)場，用涼水沖沖手，使自己保持冷靜。如果手心發(fā)涼，就用熱水捂一下。

　　坐姿： 不要緊貼著椅背坐，不要坐滿，坐下后身體要略向前傾。一般以坐滿椅子的三分之二為宜。這既可以讓你騰出精力輕松應對考官的提問，也不至讓你過于放松。

　　小動作： 在面試時不可以做小動作，比如折紙、轉(zhuǎn)筆，這樣會顯得很不嚴肅，分散對方注意力。不要亂摸頭發(fā)、胡子、耳朵，這可能被理解為你在面試前沒有做好個人衛(wèi)生。用手捂嘴說話是一種緊張的表現(xiàn)，應盡量避免。

　　談吐 語言是求職者的第二張名片，它客觀反應了一個人的文化素質(zhì)和內(nèi)涵修養(yǎng)。面試時對所提出的問題要對答如流，恰到好處，又不夸夸其談，夸大其詞。

　　談吐上應把握以下幾個要點：

　　首先，要突出個人的優(yōu)點和特長，并有相當?shù)目尚哦取ＵZ言要概括、簡潔、有力，不要拖泥帶水，輕重不分。

　　其次，要展示個性，使個人形象鮮明，可以適當引用別人的言論，如用老師、朋友的評論來支持自己的描述。

　　第三，堅持以事實說話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞。第四要注意語言邏輯，介紹時層次分明、重點突出。最后，盡量不要用簡稱、方言、土語和口頭語，以免對方難以聽懂。當不能回答某一問題時，應如實告訴對方，含糊其辭和胡吹亂侃會導致失敗。

　　為了加深招聘人員的印象，增加求職成功的可能性，面試后的兩三天內(nèi)，求職者最好給招聘人員寫封信表示感謝。感謝信要簡潔，最好不超過一頁紙。信的開頭應提及自己的姓名、簡單情況以及面試的時間，并對招聘人員表示感謝。感謝信的中間部分要重申對公司、應聘職位的興趣。信的結(jié)尾可以表示對自己的信心，以及為公司的發(fā)展壯大做貢獻的決心。
