Do you feel you made the right choice?

　　Unlike universities where the first two years are spent on general education，

　　我們不像一般的大學(xué)，最初的兩年要上普通課程，

　　we got into hands-on practical courses right away.

　　我們學(xué)校一開始就安排了許多實(shí)務(wù)課程。

　　We were in the computer lab on our first day at school and there was no class in which we didn‘t use a computer.

　　從上課的第一天開始，就在計(jì)算機(jī)教室上課，而且每堂課都會(huì)用到計(jì)算機(jī)。

　　Since I have such solid computer knowledge and experience，I feel comfortable with any new program.

　　我在計(jì)算機(jī)方面具備了非常扎實(shí)的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，所以，對(duì)于任何新程序，我都能得心應(yīng)手。

　　很多人認(rèn)為主修文學(xué)等人文學(xué)科，會(huì)不利于就業(yè)。其實(shí)，筆者認(rèn)為主修文科或理科，對(duì)就業(yè)前景的影響不是決定性的。大學(xué)畢竟只是學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的地方，實(shí)務(wù)方面的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)還是要在工作中獲得。只有在應(yīng)聘者經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足時(shí)，招聘者才會(huì)著重考查其專業(yè)。一旦積累了一定程度的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，受重視的則是資歷。
