  現(xiàn)在英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生不那么吃香了,到大、中學(xué)校就業(yè)也需要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備面試。以下是根據(jù)實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出的幾點(diǎn)建議,希望對(duì)明年畢業(yè)的學(xué)生有些幫助。

  1.別拿著書(shū)本或教案。每人20分鐘左右,有Self-introduction,有課文講解,有主題發(fā)揮,有回答問(wèn)題。所以,課文講解也就10分鐘,難道背不過(guò)?有的試講人每個(gè)老師都給一份教案,剛開(kāi)始有個(gè)好印象,但隨后就沒(méi)新意了。

  2.寫(xiě)板書(shū)時(shí)不要完全把后背轉(zhuǎn)向評(píng)委。師范生可能注意這一點(diǎn),但非師范畢業(yè)的就要注意了。寫(xiě)板書(shū)時(shí)后轉(zhuǎn)最大限度是身體與黑板成90度,要隨時(shí)和評(píng)委或?qū)W生保持目光接觸。

  3.板書(shū)要適中。一般而言,試講人的板書(shū)易于偏多,最后完全是寫(xiě)板書(shū),很少說(shuō)話了。板書(shū)占的比例只是10%左右。

  4.語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)不要起伏太大。相信大家的發(fā)音沒(méi)問(wèn)題,但語(yǔ)調(diào)就有差別了。有一些人,yeah,ok,hmm,right,amIright等用的很多,影響了表達(dá)的流利度。

  5.不要選擇偏僻的主題。讓評(píng)委感到自己的詞匯量有限不是好事,同時(shí)也因此沒(méi)有了衡量你水平高低的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

  6.不要說(shuō)漢語(yǔ),哪怕一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。

  7.板書(shū)一遍成,不擦后再寫(xiě),更不能出現(xiàn)拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤。如果要更正,要用板擦,不要用手擦,看起來(lái)很亂,很臟。

  8.口語(yǔ)要流利,表達(dá)要和邏輯。不要中間停頓,不要經(jīng)常重復(fù)。

  9.不耍小聰明。具體例子就不舉了。如果耍了小聰明,被發(fā)現(xiàn)了(一般都會(huì)被發(fā)現(xiàn)),后果就是評(píng)委們一致認(rèn)為你不誠(chéng)實(shí),而沒(méi)有任何人愿意和不誠(chéng)實(shí)的人相處的。

  10.年齡大一些的人,要注意:可能有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)了,這是優(yōu)勢(shì),但是表達(dá)流利度、反應(yīng)能力不如剛畢業(yè)的年輕人,同時(shí)也不太注意衣著了。

  11.注意衣著,注意風(fēng)度。衣著要簡(jiǎn)潔,冬季試講時(shí)也不要穿羽絨服;風(fēng)度要優(yōu)雅,至少作到大方。不要太張狂,即使你的水平很高,否則會(huì)讓人想到你不會(huì)安心一直待在這個(gè)單位的。

  12.長(zhǎng)相雖是天定,但是在水平相當(dāng)情況下,長(zhǎng)相好的機(jī)會(huì)肯定要多一些。這沒(méi)辦法,愛(ài)美之心,人皆有之。

  大膽自信,衣著簡(jiǎn)潔,舉止大方,口語(yǔ)流利,板書(shū)規(guī)范,你肯定會(huì)得高分。
