婚姻家庭狀況在面試中不是作為主要的話題出現(xiàn)。但是從用人單位的角度，又是一個(gè)不可回避的問(wèn)題，因?yàn)檫@其中牽扯到這種福利以及員工的培養(yǎng)。所以在這個(gè)問(wèn)題回答不好，可能會(huì)讓你丟了這份工作的機(jī)會(huì)!
在許多“三資”企業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的招聘中，一般都會(huì)提出這一問(wèn)題，其目的是既想長(zhǎng)期雇用廉價(jià)的勞動(dòng)力，又不愿承擔(dān)法律規(guī)定應(yīng)賦予工人的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。如果你年齡恰好已到婚配或懷孕階段，回答則要盡量使用一些策略，可以說(shuō)，“一切以工作為重，決不會(huì)因婚姻影響工作”、“我尚未 有在短時(shí)期內(nèi)結(jié)婚的打算”等，語(yǔ)言可以模糊一點(diǎn)。
