選題目的和意義
1.目的:
傳統(tǒng)意義上的班級管理通常是以班主任為班級管理主體,班主任具有絕對的說一不二的主導(dǎo)權(quán),班級的健康運(yùn)行與否及成長命運(yùn)與班主任休戚相關(guān)。隨著科學(xué)發(fā)展的新潮流,創(chuàng)新時代席卷而來,“人本教育”、 “個性發(fā)展”、“合作學(xué)習(xí)”等班級管理理念在素質(zhì)教育的大背景下應(yīng)時而生,它們真正具體到班主任班級管理中,各種問題凸顯,發(fā)人深省。班主任與學(xué)生之間的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的上下級關(guān)系并沒有消退,甚而愈演愈烈。強(qiáng)化對于班主任班級管理策略的提升,能夠有效的改善學(xué)生與教師之間的沖突現(xiàn)象,同時也能營造一種和諧的管理關(guān)系。
2.意義:
本文通過對班級管理策略進(jìn)行探究,試圖探索分析新時期班主任班級管理策略中存在的問題并提出相應(yīng)改善措施,豐富和發(fā)展了素質(zhì)教育所倡導(dǎo)的“以人為本,以學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展為本”的現(xiàn)代教育班級管理策略的班主任班級管理理論。因此,本課題的探究在奠定理論基石的同時,對于促進(jìn)“以生為本”的全面實(shí)施及班級管理策略具有潛在的應(yīng)用價值及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。概括性的來說,通過對于班級管理的策略的探討,能夠有利于學(xué)生全面化發(fā)展、有利于班主任專業(yè)化發(fā)展、有利于學(xué)校和諧化發(fā)展。

論文目的和意義:
The purpose of this paper aims to know the difference between Western and Chinese cuisine culture.Over the years, the eastern culture and the western culture has been discussed by academia. The difference between Chinese and Western food culture is one of the forms of cross-cultural communication. Through research the difference between western and Chinese dietetic culture, the people can not only better know the food characteristics and promote the Chinese food culture development, but also cultivate us to actively accept western diet culture. This paper can effectively avoid both sides of communication bring about the misconceptions and incomprehension about the cultural differences when intercultural communication, and also promote further cultural exchanges, complementary and fus

The paper includes five chapters. First, in the preface the research background and significance of Chinese and Western food culture are discussed. The second chapter mainly describes the difference between Western and Chinese diet culture: Dietary content, dietary manner, dietary concept, table manners and cooking methods. The third chapter analyzes the reasons of these differences from three aspects: lifestyle described, religion, climate and environment. The fourth chapter summarize the conclusion

研究方法:
More and more foreigners to learn Chinese and comprehend Chinese culture, has become a trend in the present society. Diet is also a part of the culture. In recent years, there are a lot of research about cultural differences between and Chinese diet. This topic is more comprehensive and specific to all aspects of the cultural differences between Chinese and Western food, and reveal the reasons for the differences of Chinese and Western food culture more in-depth and extensive research to provide a certain reference value. The research method of this paper mainly includes literature and observation.
