八年級(jí)上冊(cè)《 How do you get to school》的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
一．教材分析
Unit4的主要話(huà)題是“transportation”,它與我們學(xué)生的日常生活緊密聯(lián)系，生活離不開(kāi)“行”，因此本單元就是學(xué)習(xí)描述人們?nèi)粘３鲂械闹饕绞�，學(xué)習(xí)一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，一個(gè)生活中離不開(kāi)的時(shí)態(tài)。
Section A第一課時(shí) :以聽(tīng)說(shuō)為主，利用多媒體感受語(yǔ)言，通過(guò)聽(tīng)和看圖來(lái)確定或描述人物的出行方式，教材以How do you get to school?為中心話(huà)題，圍繞“traffic way”展開(kāi)，運(yùn)用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。Section A與學(xué)生的實(shí)際密切相關(guān)，易于引發(fā)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際交流，完成聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)的任務(wù)活動(dòng),重點(diǎn)掌握和熟練應(yīng)用 How do you get to school?How long does it take? 及其答語(yǔ)等句型。
二．教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1．語(yǔ)言知識(shí)目標(biāo)
掌握有關(guān)交通的詞匯，如take the subway/train, ride the bicycle, go by bus/boat/plane, go on foot, transportation, bus stop, train station，kilometer, mile, river以及其它一些詞匯。
掌握由How引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問(wèn)句及其答句：
How do you get to school? I ride my bike.
How long does it take?
It takes about forty minutes.
語(yǔ)言技能目標(biāo)
學(xué)會(huì)談?wù)摻煌üぞ撸?/p>
學(xué)會(huì)恰當(dāng)安排行程，并合理選用交通工具。
情感態(tài)度目標(biāo)
讓學(xué)生感受到他們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)是為了在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中進(jìn)行交流，而不單純是為了英語(yǔ)課和應(yīng)付考試而學(xué)習(xí),了解東西方國(guó)家出行方式的不同，以及不同的交通規(guī)則,教育學(xué)生注意交通安全, 加深對(duì)交通知識(shí)的'了解。
4.學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo)：
要求學(xué)生采用自主學(xué)習(xí),合作學(xué)習(xí)等方式、根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行有目的預(yù)習(xí)；改變傳統(tǒng)的死記硬背，積極主動(dòng)的投入到語(yǔ)言的實(shí)踐中去，用英語(yǔ)去思考問(wèn)題，在實(shí)踐中提高語(yǔ)言的綜合使用能力，加深對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的掌握和記憶，通過(guò)小組猜測(cè)、討論、對(duì)話(huà)、游戲等多種形式，讓學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中、游戲中、合作與交流中快樂(lè)地學(xué)習(xí)。
5.文化意識(shí)目標(biāo)：中外交通規(guī)則差異

1 交際法和情景法教學(xué)。
2 以學(xué)生為中心和任務(wù)型教學(xué)，采用多媒體輔助教學(xué),引導(dǎo)各層次學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)。

T: Good morning , class
T: Look at the picture. What can you see?Do you like your school? I usually get to school by bike , but sometimes on foot . How do you get to school?
Ss 按實(shí)際情況作答
S1: I ride my bike.
S2: I go by bus.
S3: ………
T: Very good . You’re clever. Let’s learn Unit 4 Section A . 之后板書(shū)：“Unit 4 How do you get to school?”
Step III Presentation
1 T: If you are here , but your school is in Shanghai. How do you get to school?
Ss: I take the bus /plane/ boat / ship / car / taxi
I ride a bike / motorbike
T: Do you know any other ways?
2.Teacher showspictures on the computer .歸納出行方式和常用短語(yǔ).
Ask some questions about how you get to…?
(讓學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)的思考想象總結(jié)，多媒體增加趣味性，加強(qiáng)直觀性，效果事半功倍)
3 Show a picture about Part 1 , on the computer .
Point at girls or boys in the picture .
Ask students to answer and write in the blanks .

4 看圖對(duì)話(huà)，集興趣與實(shí)用于一身
Listen to the tape , twice ,and try to match them.
1 Bob take the subway

Listen again and try to finish 1b, then discuss the answers.
(聽(tīng)力由易到難，由淺入深，層次明朗，訓(xùn)練聽(tīng)力好方法)
5.Practice in groups or pairs.
Look at the pictures. How do students get to school? Make conversations..
S1 : How does he get to school?
S2 : He gets to school by car.
S1 : How do they get to school?
S3 : They…….
(通過(guò)示圖訓(xùn)練對(duì)話(huà)，提高積極主動(dòng)性，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況練習(xí)，將英語(yǔ)用于生活，解決于生活)
Step III. Listen and repeat.
T shows the numbers on the TV and ask them to say together and then check some students . Pay attention to “--ty” .Do 2b together. Then listen twice to match 2c and check the answers.
(游戲來(lái)學(xué)數(shù)字，練數(shù)字，比單純的教更易激活思維)
Step IV
1.Show a picture on the TV and explain these are your home and school .Teach1 How long2 10 minutes home----------school
Look at 2dThen make up a dialogue to practice.
A: How do you get to school?
B: I usually take the bus.
A: How long does it take?
B: It takes 30 minutes by bus
利用多媒體導(dǎo)入how long 和minutes是網(wǎng)絡(luò)與英語(yǔ)的經(jīng)典整合。
2. Practice學(xué)生看圖片,小組內(nèi)合作練習(xí),找學(xué)生回答,老師就學(xué)生情況作出評(píng)價(jià).
3. Grammar Focus
�、臛ive them 3 questions on the TV . Read the passage in groups and try to answer them. If you have any questions, you can ask me.

B How long does it take?
C How far is it from his home to school?
⑵ Check the answers and solve the difficult points.
4. Play games to practice “how” “how long ” “how far”
找?guī)捉M同學(xué)當(dāng)小演員，互相猜出他/她花費(fèi)多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間上學(xué)，離校多遠(yuǎn)，答案與接近的組為優(yōu)勝組。

Revise the key phrases in Section A 1a.
Searchsome words about transportation to make cards and try to
introduce them to the classmates next time.
