　　The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

　　1、目標(biāo)

　　列計(jì)劃的目的無非是通過白紙黑字，使得自己對自己的學(xué)習(xí)情況能夠進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢查。高一，高二學(xué)年，應(yīng)把重點(diǎn)放在課本上、課堂內(nèi)。因?yàn)楦呖茧m強(qiáng)調(diào)淡化課本的考查，其實(shí)處處有課本的影子。“課內(nèi)知識課外考”的測試方式，就要求我們把課內(nèi)知識學(xué)扎實(shí)，否則無法完滿地解答課外考題。當(dāng)然，重點(diǎn)放在課本上，并不是將視野局限于課本，仍應(yīng)有大量課外閱讀，在課外閱讀中鞏固，貫通課本知識，培養(yǎng)能力。高三學(xué)年，既是中學(xué)時代的最后一年，也是復(fù)習(xí)迎考的關(guān)鍵一年。高三學(xué)年的計(jì)劃是完善知識系統(tǒng)樹，“牽一發(fā)而動全身”，做到由一個知識點(diǎn)可以拎起一串，提起一面。系統(tǒng)地掌握知識后，技巧也就“水到渠成

　　作戰(zhàn)講究“知己知彼，百戰(zhàn)不殆”。學(xué)習(xí)也是一樣。所以要制定出符合自己實(shí)際情況的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，必須要“知己”。“知己”包括三層含義：明確學(xué)習(xí)奮斗的目標(biāo)，了解自己的學(xué)習(xí)情況，明確地估計(jì)自己的能力。做到“知己”后，我們就可以制定計(jì)劃了。

　　3、要求

　　列計(jì)劃本身并沒有太多的要求，你只要抓住兩個字——“詳、實(shí)”就足夠了。

　　首先，要讓自己知道，每天你具體干些什么，知道每周、每月的安排等。我們應(yīng)該去計(jì)劃自己的學(xué)習(xí)和生活，做到自己對自己心中有譜。一份計(jì)劃上只出現(xiàn)時間和科目是不夠的，最起碼還要有具體的章節(jié)的安排，包括做哪些習(xí)題，看哪些筆記都應(yīng)當(dāng)有，這樣才能真正地發(fā)揮計(jì)劃的優(yōu)勢。所謂“實(shí)”，就是一定要符合自己的實(shí)際情況，適當(dāng)?shù)馗咭恍┮部梢�，但絕不可過高或過低。太低了，計(jì)劃的內(nèi)容松松垮垮，反而不如沒有計(jì)劃;但大多數(shù)人可能更容易把計(jì)劃列得偏高，開始還能拼一拼堅(jiān)持一下，但很快地就敗下陣來。如果總是列這種過高過緊的計(jì)劃，常常完不成，那么時間一久也就會對列計(jì)劃失去信心了。一份好的計(jì)劃絕不在于它的起點(diǎn)有多高，而在于它是不是能幫你更好地完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，讓你的能力得到最好的發(fā)揮。

　　4、注意

　�、俦仨殢�(qiáng)調(diào)的是，制訂計(jì)劃必須按自己的特點(diǎn)自己制訂，不能仿制別人的計(jì)劃，別人告訴你的方法最多只能充當(dāng)一個指路標(biāo)的作用，是很難完全套用的。只有自己去試著做，摸索出自己的完整方法，才是最有用的。
