根據(jù)學生的認知特點，課堂教學不再僅僅是老師傳授知識的過程，也需要聯(lián)系學生的學習實際，培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新、合作意識，在設計“授之以漁”這一教學環(huán)節(jié)，我采取了范文賞析和方法指導相結(jié)合，在教學中，我注意聯(lián)系學生的學習實際，我讓他們借鑒小學生和中學生的自我介紹范文。然后我再與學生探討了自我介紹要抓住特征，要有典型性，要突出人物的個性特征，還可借助于適當?shù)拿鑼懛椒ê捅扔鞯戎R。所以當學生在做自我介紹時就胸有成竹了，知道該如何介紹才能把自身的特點講出來，如何介紹才能更吸引人�？傮w來說，因為有了“授之以漁”這一教學環(huán)節(jié)的鋪墊，下面的“臨淵垂釣”這部分的教學就水到渠成了，學生個個才思泉涌，積極參與，充分展示自我，快樂地體驗、認識他人，我想這是跟說自己有關，哪個孩子能不熟悉自己呢？當然這也是在于貼緊學生的學習實際，大大調(diào)動了學生的積極性，活躍了課堂氣氛，學生的個性也得到充分的發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)了他們的創(chuàng)新能力及合作意識。
總之，在這堂課上學生主體地位體現(xiàn)明顯，參與率較高，結(jié)構清晰，問題設計有針對性，當然再成功的課也會存在其不足之處：一是課堂調(diào)控能力還不夠強。由于本節(jié)課的重要要環(huán)節(jié)在于學生口語的交流和體驗，學生的積極性得到了充分的調(diào)動，但同時也帶來了一些不好的現(xiàn)象。如在實踐體驗時，下面的學生就著急為臺上的同學作提示，不能很好地遵守體驗規(guī)則，有的卻膽小的不敢上臺。二是在課堂流程和重點環(huán)節(jié)還需要進行錘煉，由于學生的準備還不夠充分，使得課堂流程不夠流暢。
今后在教學中我還得多關注學生的學情，要及時調(diào)整了教學方案讓自己的教學，多向前輩學習教學經(jīng)驗，在教學過程中摸索能讓學生感興趣、學到知識的方法，使學生能輕松的掌握知識。
