　　Good morning. It's a pleasure for me present myself. My name is yjbys, and I am a candidate for the position of Representative.

　　I am initiatives, Conscientious, responsible, sociable ,adaptable.

　　During the one and half years working in 3D MOULD, I developed 7 new customers, and also participated several different tasks, for instance, creating company wet page, composing ISO9000 management systems & primary conformity assessment, writing foreign trade document, direct the annual party.

　　I benefited a lot from this multiple job. Firstly, I wrote the ISO9000 quality management system and requirements, which helped me to perceive how to carry out and manage a company. Secondly, my professional knowledge enhanced a lot because I need to check the process of the project with production dept, quality dept and suppliers. The communication between them helped me to transform my speculative knowledge, which I learned from university, into practical experience. Thirdly, after communication & exchange with foreign customers for one and half years, my English ability improved a lot. Now I am quite familiar with professional English about manufacture, and I can understand English drawings. Last but not least, I turned my article gifts and experience in student union to good account by organizing the annual party and travel which had great success.

　　Of course, as a young person, I know I have my deficiencies, and what’s more, I still have potential to reach. I went to spare-time school to learn oversea business and oral English. In order to participate in creating company website, I learn Dreamweaver by myself during the spare time. After years working and studying, I believe the most important things you need in a job are team spirit and responsibility. With these two things, I will be a valuable person for the company and have a fruitful career life.

Coming to my family background we are four of us: me, my father, mother and a younger brother. My father is SCR employee, mom house wife and brother is perceiving his B.Pharm 3rd year. Moving on to my educational background: I have done my schooling from Keyes high school in the year 20xx, I finished bipc from srichaitanya in the year 20xx, i have completed B.Sc. Nursing from Yashoda institutions under NTR university in the year 20xx. The whole of 20xx I was working as staff nurse in Yashoda hospital. Right now I am looking out for BPO because I got engaged last year, my in-laws are against me not to work in nursing department. 　　問題: 為什么離職?

　　好吧, 又是一個(gè)三遍的問題! 所以大家在離職后找工作的時(shí)候, 這個(gè)問題自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.

　　我的回答就是為了職業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃而離職的. 具體原因可參見第一部分"離職原因"的分析.

　　這里還有一點(diǎn)要提的是, 回答這個(gè)問題的時(shí)候, 面試官會可能會追問你為什么上一家公司和你的職業(yè)發(fā)展不符合, 而SAP公司為什么又會符合的我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃的?

　　因?yàn)槲业拈L久計(jì)劃是想成為IT咨詢師, 與之前公司的發(fā)展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.

　　問題三: 為什么要來SAP? 為什么不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT咨詢的公司?

　　呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!

　　呵...當(dāng)然不能這么說啦. 不過這個(gè)問題我還真沒想過, 頓時(shí)有點(diǎn)手忙腳亂了. 后面才看出來, 他給我下了個(gè)套, 壞人呢!

　　我就說SAP在ERP的IT咨詢方面是世界的老大, IT咨詢非常之成熟. 與我的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)那真是契合的不得了呀, 當(dāng)然要選SAP啦.

　　所以對我來說, SAP就是right bus啦. 只是不曉得, 對SAP來說, 我算不算right person了?!

　　他說這次招得是開發(fā)人員, 是純技術(shù)人員, 好像和我的遠(yuǎn)大志向不太合適吧?

　　我說成為一個(gè)conslutant是一個(gè)長期的目標(biāo), 但并不妨礙我現(xiàn)在繼續(xù)做開發(fā), 而且還是在一個(gè)consluting公司做開發(fā), 蠻合適的.

　　更何況就我現(xiàn)在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒有相關(guān)的工作背景, 且沒有任何的domain背景, 估計(jì)也沒人會理我的.

　　所以我是做了長期的打算, 想靜下心來, 從一個(gè)開發(fā)人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產(chǎn)品, 進(jìn)而了解產(chǎn)品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向咨詢師的道路.

　　這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的時(shí)間才能入門吧, 我已經(jīng)做了心理準(zhǔn)備.

　　問題: 你知道SAP是做什么的.嗎? IT consluting與SAP consluting有什么區(qū)別?

　　經(jīng)過了上個(gè)問題, 我的氣場明顯弱了許多. 感覺要壞事了.

　　果然, 我講了對SAP的了解, 其實(shí)了解的也并不是很多. 然后我無法區(qū)分IT consluting與SAP consluting...

　　這是我整個(gè)面試以來, 唯一敗下陣來的地方.

　　然后他對我說, 其實(shí)我并不了解SAP和SAP做的事情, 也不明白IT consluting與SAP consluting的區(qū)別.

　　于是, 接下來的十幾分鐘時(shí), 他給我上了一課.

　　具體的內(nèi)容已經(jīng)無法記清了, 只記得他講過, IT consluting與SAP consluting就是廣與專的區(qū)別.

　　就像本科生與研究生的區(qū)別.

　　按他的說法, 本科生更多的是學(xué)習(xí)技能, 更多的是關(guān)注面的. 所以本科生畢業(yè)出去, 只要是同一個(gè)領(lǐng)域的公司, 都可以進(jìn).

　　而研究生則是更專注于某個(gè)方向,是點(diǎn)上的. 他們畢業(yè)出去, 可能只有找到與他們研究方向相匹配的公司, 才能夠得以一施所長.
