《星球大戰(zhàn)》官方網(wǎng)站獨家宣布，《星球大戰(zhàn)：第八部》副標題為《最后的絕地》(The Last Jedi)。這部電影由里安·約翰遜(Rian Johnson)編導(dǎo)，將于2017年12月15日在北美上映，故事緊接著《星球大戰(zhàn)：第七部——原力覺醒》。
