【邀請(qǐng)函格式】
邀請(qǐng)函是邀請(qǐng)親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)時(shí)所發(fā)的請(qǐng)約性書信。它是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中常用的一種日常應(yīng)用寫作文種。在國(guó)際交往以及日常的各種社交活動(dòng)中,這類書信使用廣泛,在應(yīng)用寫作中邀請(qǐng)函是非常重要的。
邀請(qǐng)函的格式主要有四個(gè)部分,分別是標(biāo)題、稱謂、正文、落款。
一、標(biāo)題
由活動(dòng)名稱和文種名組成,還可包括個(gè)性化的活動(dòng)主題標(biāo)語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會(huì)邀請(qǐng)函”;顒(dòng)主題標(biāo)語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。
二、稱謂
邀請(qǐng)函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”,并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語。例如,“尊敬的X X X先生/女士”或“尊敬的X X X總經(jīng)理(局長(zhǎng))”。
三、正文
邀請(qǐng)函正文是指商務(wù)禮儀活動(dòng)主辦方正式告知被邀請(qǐng)方舉辦活動(dòng)的緣由、目的、事項(xiàng)及要求,寫明活動(dòng)的日程安排、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn),并對(duì)被邀請(qǐng)方發(fā)出得體、誠(chéng)摯的.邀請(qǐng)。
正文的結(jié)尾一般要寫常用的邀請(qǐng)慣用語。如“敬請(qǐng)光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。
四、落款
落款要寫明禮儀活動(dòng)主辦單位的全稱和成文日期。
【邀請(qǐng)函格式模板注意問題】
一、被邀請(qǐng)者的姓名應(yīng)寫全,不應(yīng)寫綽號(hào)或別名。
二、在兩個(gè)姓名之間應(yīng)該寫上"暨"或"和",不用頓號(hào)或逗號(hào)。
三、應(yīng)該寫明舉辦活動(dòng)的具體日期(幾月幾日,星期幾)。
四、寫明舉辦活動(dòng)的地點(diǎn)。
