　　三、乙方職責(zé)：

　　四、項(xiàng)目名稱：

　　4.招生與管理：乙方招生時(shí)可使用“校際合作，直升北秘”宣傳語(yǔ)，學(xué)生前兩年在乙方學(xué)習(xí)，期間的一切教學(xué)活動(dòng)由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。學(xué)生入學(xué)后須在甲方注冊(cè)，甲方將進(jìn)行全程教學(xué)監(jiān)控。學(xué)生前兩年學(xué)業(yè)證書由乙方負(fù)責(zé)頒發(fā)，成績(jī)合格者經(jīng)面試由甲方直接錄取，其后在甲方完成大�；虮究齐A段的相應(yīng)課程。如乙方不具備獨(dú)立開班條件亦可將學(xué)生直接送入甲方完成“五年專”或“六年本”學(xué)業(yè)。

　　5.收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及結(jié)算辦法：前兩年學(xué)費(fèi)由乙方根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r自定并收取，同時(shí)向甲方繳納學(xué)費(fèi)的15%教學(xué)質(zhì)量保證金(不足一萬(wàn)元按一萬(wàn)元收取)，為有利于雙方長(zhǎng)久合作，學(xué)生后期到甲方學(xué)習(xí)期間，甲方每年按學(xué)費(fèi)的15%向乙方返利。

　　(四)劍橋辦公管理國(guó)際證書項(xiàng)目：

　　2.教學(xué)管理：乙方負(fù)責(zé)組織招生及教學(xué)管理，如招生人數(shù)超過(guò)_________人(已交費(fèi))，甲方可協(xié)助申請(qǐng)開班;

　　(五)合作代理招生項(xiàng)目：乙方可作為甲方的招生代言人，為學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)提供咨詢服務(wù)并代表甲方對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行預(yù)面試。為有利于雙方長(zhǎng)久合作，學(xué)生到甲方學(xué)習(xí)期間，甲方每年按學(xué)費(fèi)的15%向乙方返利，直至該生畢業(yè)為止。如乙方希望一次性結(jié)算的，甲方將按照普通代理招生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加100元支付給乙方(普通代理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：招收1—30人每生_________元、31—60人每生_________元、61—100人每生_________元、101人以上每生_________元)。為解決乙方在當(dāng)?shù)卣猩鷷r(shí)的流動(dòng)資金，乙方可代表甲方收取預(yù)錄費(fèi)_________元及_________元報(bào)名費(fèi)，甲方統(tǒng)一發(fā)放收據(jù)，學(xué)生入學(xué)憑收據(jù)可抵等額學(xué)費(fèi)，甲方將此預(yù)錄費(fèi)直接沖抵乙方的部分收入。

　　五、發(fā)生以下情況之一者，本合同自行終止，甲方有權(quán)收回授予乙方的銅牌及有關(guān)證書：

　　六、本協(xié)議未盡事宜，由雙方友好協(xié)商解決;協(xié)議履行過(guò)程中，如發(fā)生糾紛，雙方協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商未果交于甲方所在地的人民法院處理。
