Fred: You look bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
佛瑞德：你看上去很髙興的樣子嘛!
David: Of course, just five minutes ago I got the phone call from Future Clothes Company and I was told to start my trial period in that company next Monday.
大衛(wèi)：那是當(dāng)然了，就在5分鐘之前我接到Future服裝公司的電話，通知我下周一去公司開(kāi)始試用期呢。
Fred: Congratulations! Let's get together sometime.
佛瑞德：祝賀你啊!我們一定要抽時(shí)間聚—聚才是。
David: Great idea.
大衛(wèi)：好主意!
Fred: Well, I am worried to death right now! There is still no news from the company for me.
佛瑞德：唉，我現(xiàn)在可真是擔(dān)心死了!怎么還沒(méi)有收到公司的回信兒呢?
David: Let it be! Time will tell.
大衛(wèi)：順其自然吧!時(shí)間可以證明一切的，
Fred: Maybe they will send me e-mail to inform the result. Let me check my mail-box again.
佛瑞德：或許他們會(huì)以電子郵件的.方式通知結(jié)果吧!我再查看一下我的郵箱。

HR: Hello, this is HR of Future Clothes Company. May I speak to Fred?
面試官：你好，我是Future服裝公司的面試官，可以和佛瑞德通話嗎?
Fred: This is Fred. So glad to have your phone call.
佛瑞德：我就是佛瑞德。很高興接到您的電話。
HR: I'm calling to inform you have passed the interview.
面試官：我打電話是通知你，你已經(jīng)通過(guò)了公司的面試。
Fred: Really? My god! I'm so excited to hear the good news.
佛瑞德：是真的嗎?上帝啊!聽(tīng)到這個(gè)消息簡(jiǎn)直太髙興了。
HR: Wait…wait…one more thing, please come here to sign the employment contract tomorrow morning.
面試官：等下，還有一個(gè)事情請(qǐng)?jiān)诿魈焐衔鐏?lái)公司簽訂勞動(dòng)合同。
Fred: I see. Thank you again for calling us.
佛瑞德：我明白了。再次感謝您的來(lái)電。
HR: Don't mention it. We will be colleagues from now on and I hope we will get along well with each other.
面試官：不用謝。我們從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始就是同事了。我希望我們會(huì)相處愉快。
Fred: That's for sure. There are lots of things we should learn from you.
佛瑞德：那是肯定的。我們還有很多東西需要跟您學(xué)習(xí)的。
Janice: Fred, I have good news to tell you.
賈尼斯：佛瑞德，我有好消息要告訴你。
Fred: What good news?
佛瑞德：什么好消息?
Janice: Next month I will become one member of Pineapple Computer Company.
賈尼斯：從下月起我將成為Pineapple電腦公司的一名員工了。
Fred: Is that true? I can not believe this. David and I are also members of Future Clothes Company.
佛瑞德：是真的嗎?我簡(jiǎn)直不敢相信。大衛(wèi)和我也被Future服裝公司錄用了。
Janice: Congratulations! Let's go out to have a drink.
賈尼斯：恭喜啊!那我們出去喝一杯吧!
