　　商務(wù)英語4大瓶頸

　　瓶頸一: 專心英語，忽視商務(wù)。

　　突破方法：拓展商務(wù)背景，培養(yǎng)商務(wù)思維。

　　有的學(xué)員多年學(xué)習(xí)英語，甚至是英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)，英語足夠好，語法、詞匯以及聽說能力具佳，但通過商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)，仍然無法獲得在商務(wù)場(chǎng)景下運(yùn)用語言的能力。所以，學(xué)員們往往心態(tài)急切，要么是工作的人士，提高商務(wù)英語技能為工作需要，要么是即將畢業(yè)的學(xué)生，即將走入職場(chǎng)，試圖增加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的砝碼。

　　為了增加對(duì)商務(wù)英語詞匯的敏感性，需要了解涉及各個(gè)職能和行業(yè)的商務(wù)背景知識(shí)，前者常與某個(gè)職位相聯(lián)系，后者常與某個(gè)場(chǎng)景相聯(lián)系，所以在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，要側(cè)重提高在商務(wù)環(huán)境下應(yīng)用語言的能力，以及涉及到的基本的商務(wù)背景知識(shí)。商務(wù)人士的說話語氣和交流思維，特別是英美人士的商務(wù)思維和日常生活中的思維是不同的。語言是思維的載體。思維方式的不同，造成了語氣和語言表達(dá)的不同。這也是Business English和General English的相異之處。

　　瓶頸二：專心商務(wù)，忽視英語。

　　突破方法：夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，從最實(shí)用的東西入手，獲得拿來即用的能力。

　　有的學(xué)員擁有多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和豐富的商務(wù)背景知識(shí)，但英語基礎(chǔ)不好，聽說讀寫能力都有待提高，以適應(yīng)或應(yīng)對(duì)工作中的對(duì)外溝通的需要。

　　商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該明確動(dòng)機(jī)，就是學(xué)習(xí)最實(shí)用的東西。對(duì)于以應(yīng)試為目的的學(xué)生，如果只是從純應(yīng)試的角度來入手的話，很難提高實(shí)用技能。當(dāng)然商務(wù)英語考試(e.g. BEC & TOIEC)是很大程度上屬于能力考試，出題方面會(huì)最大限度的避免高分低能的現(xiàn)象。商務(wù)英語的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們，要增加學(xué)習(xí)的效率，要將應(yīng)試與實(shí)用技能有機(jī)結(jié)合。實(shí)用的不一定是商務(wù)英語，而商務(wù)英語一定是實(shí)用的。商務(wù)英語課程講得不是純商務(wù)(Business Background)，也不是公共英語(General English)，講的是英語在商務(wù)環(huán)境下的應(yīng)用，可以稱為英語商務(wù)，或商務(wù)英語。所以離開商務(wù)背景談商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)是沒有意義的。學(xué)習(xí)的最好狀態(tài)不但要通過考試，更是要課上學(xué)到的東西出了教室就可以派上用場(chǎng)。

　　瓶頸三：缺乏實(shí)戰(zhàn)語境，不能學(xué)以致用。

　　突破方法：構(gòu)造學(xué)習(xí)語境，依靠案例學(xué)習(xí)。

　　模擬真實(shí)案例學(xué)習(xí)的最大好處在于，讓學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)入實(shí)戰(zhàn)狀態(tài)，感受類似真實(shí)的商務(wù)場(chǎng)景。任何商務(wù)案例(Business Real-case)都是一個(gè)實(shí)用的“小故事”，學(xué)生應(yīng)把自己當(dāng)成故事中的主角，或是這個(gè)場(chǎng)景即將發(fā)生在他們身上。這樣的“故事”，可以幫助學(xué)生消化語言，提高技能。較簡(jiǎn)單場(chǎng)景學(xué)生可以當(dāng)堂練習(xí)，而較復(fù)雜的商務(wù)案例，學(xué)生可以有一定時(shí)間在課下準(zhǔn)備。這樣可以防止學(xué)生在口語課堂上“練聽力”的尷尬�，F(xiàn)學(xué)現(xiàn)賣是很好的感覺。一方面幫助學(xué)生消化課堂所學(xué)的內(nèi)容，另外擴(kuò)大了學(xué)生的視野，提高了他們的技能。學(xué)生課前充分準(zhǔn)備包括思考或查找資料，然后進(jìn)行課上商務(wù)英語實(shí)踐，這樣學(xué)生就在課下輸入(Input)在課上輸出(Output)，使所學(xué)的語言點(diǎn)和技能自然轉(zhuǎn)化，學(xué)生由被動(dòng)接受(Receptive)變?yōu)橹鲃?dòng)參與(Productive)。另外，當(dāng)把錯(cuò)誤犯在課堂里的時(shí)候，可以有針對(duì)性的查漏補(bǔ)缺，增加學(xué)習(xí)效率。

　　通過案例學(xué)習(xí)不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了“實(shí)踐”，還學(xué)到了實(shí)用的理念。比如：由于商務(wù)英語表達(dá)的得體性(Gentle & Courteous)，學(xué)生應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)在商務(wù)環(huán)境高效率溝通的方式：還包括最實(shí)用的技巧。比如：由于商務(wù)英語傳達(dá)信息的有效性(Informative)，學(xué)生應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)為了達(dá)到商務(wù)目的而進(jìn)行的自我介紹(Purposeful Self-introduction)。

　　瓶頸四：學(xué)習(xí)一勞永逸，忽視動(dòng)態(tài)學(xué)習(xí)。

　　突破方法：將商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)和工作相結(jié)合，常學(xué)常新。

　　隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，全球化在各行各業(yè)的深入，電子商務(wù)對(duì)企業(yè)來說已經(jīng)不再是一種技術(shù)，而是一種必要的策略。這就給商務(wù)時(shí)間帶來了新的技術(shù)、理念、觀念和戰(zhàn)略，同時(shí)也帶來了大量新鮮語匯。所以，商務(wù)英語的不可能歷久尤新，學(xué)習(xí)過程更不能一勞永逸。將商務(wù)英語學(xué)習(xí)融入工作和生活，常學(xué)常新。
