　　01. This offer is subject to your reply reaching here on or before 26th June. 該報盤以你方答復是在6月29日或之前到達我處為準。

　　02. If we can receive your order within the next ten days, we will make you a firm offer at the prices quoted. 如果我們在10天內(nèi)收到你方訂單，我們愿意按所報價格報以實盤。

　　03. This offer is firm (open, valid) for 5 days. 該報價有效期為5天。

　　04. The price we quoted is on FOB Shanghai basis instead of CIF Hong Kong basis and our offer will be valid until August 31. 我們所報價格是上海離岸價，而不是香港到岸價，我方報價的有效期至8/31

　　05. We make you’re the offer subject to your reply reaching us not later than noon December 23. 我方所報價格以貴方不遲于12/23日正午之前答復為準。
