Secretary: Good morning, sir. Can I help you?

3.詳細解說
1.“card”在這里表示“名片”,相當于“business card”。另外,生活中常用的“卡”還有: identity card(身份證,亦可寫作ID card)。membership card(會員卡),bank card(銀行卡),credit card( 信用卡),debit card(借記卡),key card(鑰匙卡)等。
2.“extension”在本對話中的意思是“電話分機,分機線”,例如:She has an extension in the kitchen and in the bedroom.(她在廚房和臥室里都有電話分機。)Do you know Mr. Brown's extension number?(你知道布朗先生的分機號碼嗎?)Can I have extension 316,please?(能請你幫我轉316分機嗎?)Hello,I'd like extension 207,please.(你好,請幫我轉207分機。)

接待禮儀
1.客人要找的負責人不在時,要明確告訴對方你方負責人為何不在,以及何時回來。如有需要,則要請客人留下姓名、電話、地址等,以便聯(lián)系。此外,還要明確客人是否再來,是否需要留言等。
2.客人到來時,若你方負責人由于某種原因不能馬上接見,要向客人說明等待理由與等待時間,若客人愿意等待,則應該向客人提供飲料、雜志等,并應留意為客人添加或更換飲料。
3.為客人領路時,應該有正確的引導方法。

走在客人兩三步之前,配合其步調(diào),讓客人走在內(nèi)側。
②樓梯里的引導方法
當引導客人上樓時,應該讓客人走在前面,自己走在后面;若是下樓時,應該由自己走在前面,客人走在后面。隨時注意客人的安全。
③乘坐電梯的引導方法
引導客人乘坐電梯時,主動按電梯呼梯按鈕。電梯門打開時,若客人不止一人,可自己先行進入電梯,一手按住“開門”按鈕,另一手按住電梯一側門,請客人們進入電梯,之后關閉電梯門,按下客人要去的樓層按鈕。在電梯內(nèi)盡量側身面對客人。電梯到達時,一手按住“開門”按鈕,另一手做出請出的動作,可以說 “Here we are, You first.”。
、軙蛷d里的引導方法進入會客廳后,用手指示,請客人坐下?吹娇腿俗ê,才能行點頭禮然后離開。如果客人錯坐下座,應請客人改坐上座。
4.在招待客人飲料時,要注意很多講究和規(guī)矩。通常先要問客人想喝什么,然后再去準備。
