  (1)目標(biāo)明確的簡歷

  目標(biāo)明確機(jī)會是所有HR所強(qiáng)調(diào)的重點(diǎn),在一份簡歷上如果連求職目標(biāo)都沒有,對方就不能根據(jù)你所求的來對號入座。簡歷寫的再好,沒有的求職目標(biāo)都很難通過。編寫個人簡歷的核心就是求職目標(biāo),簡歷上不僅要有求職目標(biāo),其目標(biāo)還必須要明確,這是確定應(yīng)聘職位需要注意的問題,不能用一些模糊的概念當(dāng)做是求職目標(biāo)。

  用人單位所喜歡的是用詞精準(zhǔn)、邏輯性強(qiáng)的個人簡歷,個人簡歷是用文字語言來描寫,應(yīng)當(dāng)以書面語來寫,在用詞方面一要正確、二要準(zhǔn)確,恰當(dāng)好處的描寫可以讓簡歷更加精簡。在文字的描述上,個人簡歷還要注意的邏輯性,簡歷的邏輯性可提高可信度,沒有邏輯性則說明內(nèi)容有虛假成分。
