一、內(nèi)容必須真實
專家強調(diào),不管是你的知識水平、業(yè)務(wù)能力,還是你的工作經(jīng)歷,不管是簡歷的哪個環(huán)節(jié),哪怕是一個細小的部分,在書寫這些東西時,都要遵循真實的原則,并要執(zhí)行好“真實”這個原則。在招聘過程中,如果一旦被用人單位發(fā)現(xiàn)你的簡歷有造假的現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)聘者的人品道德也就會完全喪失,這也注定這個應(yīng)聘者無法找到優(yōu)秀的雇主。
二、目標一定明確
IBM負責(zé)校園招聘的.蘇毅表示,尤其是在申請大公司的職位時,一定要在簡歷最醒目處,明確表述清楚自己希望工作的“目標城市”、“目標部門”以及“目標崗位”。特別是要重視自己理想的職位是什么,然后從專業(yè)、技能、經(jīng)驗、興趣等方面簡單分析你的目標職位的由來。絕對忌諱那些眉毛胡子一把抓的申請者,而這種對自己職位沒有明確目標的申請者,也是最容易被淘汰的對象。
三、簡單但要厚實
簡單的意思是,千萬不要把簡歷寫上五六頁,一般人力資源部門負責(zé)第一輪簡歷篩選的人,根本沒有那么多的精力看。據(jù)西門子公司負責(zé)校園招聘的孫小紅介紹,一般在第一輪篩選簡歷時,平均來講,看一份簡歷最多只有30—40秒的時間,所以張數(shù)太多的簡歷很容易招人煩。建議簡歷張數(shù)最好控制在一兩張內(nèi),最多不要超過3張。
四、采用倒敘方法
很多人在寫簡歷時,喜歡從過去講到現(xiàn)在。建議最好采用倒敘方式來寫,直接從最接近的時間入手,讓簡歷篩選者更容易獲得重要的信息。必要時,一些重要信息可以重點處理,但千萬不要處理得太花哨,便于閱讀是最主要的原則。
五、莫寫所有經(jīng)驗
你所參加的實踐、項目以及自己寫的論文等最好不要全部寫出來,只需要描述與自己現(xiàn)在應(yīng)聘職位要求所相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗、經(jīng)歷就可以了。用這些經(jīng)驗證明你有能力做好自己的目標工作,能勝任自己的目標崗位。
六、不同公司簡歷不同
公司不相同,文化自然有差異。應(yīng)聘者千萬要記住;應(yīng)聘不同的企業(yè),一定要用不同的簡歷。這并不是主張應(yīng)聘者簡單地變更一下原來的簡歷就可以,而是建議應(yīng)聘者必須結(jié)合要應(yīng)聘的企業(yè),重新寫自己的簡歷。
