6. Proceed shipping documents including FORM A/packing list/inviove,and so on;
7. Submit the doc with the L/C request to the bank.
Achievement:
1. Acquainted with the special request of new customer to shipment and document, get the compliment of the company supervisor and customer;

如何寫一封優(yōu)秀的英文求職信和簡歷?
不管你承認與否,中國已經(jīng)成為名副其實的“世界工廠”。隨著外商投資規(guī)模的進一步擴大,以及中國在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等領(lǐng)域與世界的逐步接軌,能在外資企業(yè)找到一席之位不失為一個能發(fā)揮自己以及能獲得十分吸引人的薪酬的機會。
而能否在蕓蕓求職者中脫穎而出,求職信和簡歷在公平的競爭中就成了一個非常重要的因素。無可置疑,完全英文書寫的求職者獲得面試的機會比其他競爭者往往高出許多。
下面,結(jié)合我的經(jīng)驗和其他人以及雇主們的經(jīng)驗和推薦,介紹一些常用而標準的英式寫法。
第一部分 求職信 (Cover letter)
在今天,絕大部分雇主指出,他們是從來不會看沒有求職信(Cover letter)的個人簡歷的。因此,求職信是必要的。但求職信不是對個人簡歷的簡單復(fù)述,而是禮貌而鮮明的突出自己的目標和要求,促使閱讀者有興趣閱讀你的個人簡歷和推薦信。
求職信的目的和好處在于:
1、可保證個人簡歷到達正確的閱讀人的`桌面。如果招聘廣告上沒有收信人的姓名,我推薦打電話詢問將會處理求職申請的人的姓名(這顯示你的誠意以及專業(yè)精神,給雇主深刻印象)。假如不能的話按照以下原則:小型企業(yè)—經(jīng)理(Managing director),中型企業(yè)—部門負責(zé)人(Head of section/department),大型企業(yè)—全體職員或者人事部(Personnel or Human Resource Department)。
2、說服收信者閱讀你的個人簡歷
3、清楚地表明你對具體哪一個職位感興趣
4、表明為什么對該職位有興趣,為什么你認為自己勝任該職位
5、提及一到兩點在個人簡歷里面的內(nèi)容,以及回應(yīng)廣告的要求
所以,求職信并不能保證你找到工作,但,做好這一點,它能給你帶來面試的機會,或者至少令雇主打開你的個人簡歷。
那么,Cover letter要包括那些內(nèi)容呢,至少有以下幾點。
1、招聘廣告中給出的收信人姓名,頭銜和地址
2、你所感興趣的職位以及你從何處得知招聘消息(或許朋友推薦)
3、用三到四個“項目符號”(如Word工具欄)列舉出你為什么能勝任該職位的背景和特長,回應(yīng)招聘廣告的要求。
4、表明有興趣獲得一個面試的機會,討論申請問題。
5、檢查拼寫和語法錯誤
6、千萬不要提及薪酬問題,也不要提及雇主想要或者可能想要的但你又不能達到的技能或要求
7、除非注明要求手寫,否則應(yīng)用打字機或者文字處理軟件打印。但個人簽名一定要用手寫(記住這一點不要忘記)
8、對應(yīng)不同的申請應(yīng)用不同的求職信,例如內(nèi)容、側(cè)重點和風(fēng)格的不同等
9、注意,Cover letter應(yīng)力求精簡,除非有特殊情況,否則一律用一張紙完成
下面舉出一個實戰(zhàn)例子:
(英式書寫現(xiàn)在流行全部左對齊,段落之間用空行隔開。另外舊式正規(guī)寫法發(fā)信人資料置于右上角)

2nd paragraph (第二段落)Outline your strongest qualifications in more detail and show how they match the position requirements. As much as possible, provide evidence of your related work, extracurricular, and academic experiences and accomplishments. Refer to your enclosed resume. (可套用“項目符號”的形式)

3rd paragraph (第三段落)Optional. Convince the employer that you have the personal qualities and motivation to succeed. Relate your interests and qualities to your knowledge of the company.
4th paragraph (第四段落)Request an interview and indicate how and when you can be contacted. Suggest that you will call at a specific time to discuss interview possibilities. Thank the reader for his/her consideration.
(For example, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the position further at an interview.
