最近參與一家大企業(yè)的企劃人才招聘工作，案頭堆滿了400多份求職者的應(yīng)聘簡歷。我要從中篩選出30份并通知他們來接受面試，其余的嘛，當(dāng)然就沒有面試的機(jī)會了。
取出第一份“簡歷”，我的天，厚厚的一本，滿滿的40多頁!
這哪是“簡歷”呀，這分明就是“自傳體”的“書”呀，我擱一邊去了。
為什么?一是覺得太厚，讀起來肯定要費我不少時間。
二是覺得太厚的“簡歷”肯定主次不分，面面俱到，重點不突出，不能讓我一目了然，不能讓我很快抓住對方的“閃光點”。
三是覺得這個人連自己的“簡歷”都寫得這么“拖泥帶水”，可能是個繁瑣之人，而且其概括能力可能有點問題。
四是覺得這個人花那么多精力“造”出一本“繁歷”來，可能有過分“包裝”自己、言過其實之嫌，不見得可信。
也許我的這種想法和做法有些偏頗，可我當(dāng)時在“閱讀”成堆的簡歷時，的的確確就是這么想的。不管我的所想所作對錯與否，我想現(xiàn)實中確實有不少單位的選才“主考官”與我的心態(tài)相同，不知應(yīng)聘者們想到過沒有。
相反，有一位應(yīng)聘者的經(jīng)歷頗豐，但他的“簡歷”卻很薄，僅僅兩頁單面的A4紙。第1頁是簡歷，1234567簡潔明了的幾條，要言不繁，絕不拖泥帶水，末尾“相關(guān)證件復(fù)印件附后”幾個黑體字吸引我看第2頁，第2頁是6個證件的縮印件，全部在一張紙上。我想他這樣既節(jié)約了復(fù)印費，又節(jié)約了紙張，而且讓我一目了然。這給我的印象很深，就把他給錄取了。
后來的工作實踐證明，他確實不錯，我沒看走眼。而按一般求職者的做法，肯定把6個證件分別按原大各復(fù)印一頁紙，共6頁紙才能搞定，加上第1頁就有7頁紙了，有那個必要嗎?
我以為，“簡歷”還是要“簡”，要讓“主考官”在最短的時間內(nèi)兩眼一掃就能抓住你的“閃光點”，在最短的時間內(nèi)對你形成一定的印象。其實一個人就像一部書，你去書店買一本新書，并不是非要呆在書架前讀完這本書后才會掏錢買下它，主要還是先看看簡介或目錄，從簡介或目錄上對這部書有了大致的了解，從感性上初步認(rèn)可了這本書，就可能掏錢先買下，日后再來細(xì)讀細(xì)品這本書。如今就業(yè)難，使得一些求職者各施絕招，在簡歷上挖空心思，“簡歷”變成了“繁歷”，這確實是一個很大的誤區(qū)。其實現(xiàn)實中多數(shù)單位認(rèn)為，由于應(yīng)聘的人太多，簡歷還是簡潔明了比較好。
