Having heard that there is a need for students of English major in your company, I’d like to render my services for the post you are offering.I am a 23-year-old undergraduate expecting to graduate by July 2007 from the Department of English, Central South University, with a bachelor degree majoring in English.
In the past three years, I have participated in several activities concerning the application of English. In July 2005 I used to work as an office assistant in an Import & Export Company for two weeks, during which I have done some translation and reception work that enabled me to learn a great deal which couldn't be taught in class. “久聞貴單位……”、“給我一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，還您一個(gè)驚喜”，類似這樣的求職語(yǔ)往往會(huì)在大學(xué)生的求職信中出現(xiàn)。昨日，重慶得邦人力資源管理公司總經(jīng)理朱源明說(shuō)，這些明顯帶有學(xué)生味的語(yǔ)言往往會(huì)遭到考官的否定。
朱源明分析指出，不少用人單位都希望招到有一定社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人才，并為之所用。這種學(xué)生腔語(yǔ)言就可能導(dǎo)致招考官對(duì)你社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力的否定，失去成功的機(jī)會(huì)。他們認(rèn)為此類語(yǔ)言還會(huì)顯得很虛偽，“貴單位”是哪個(gè)“貴單位”?用人單位不喜歡這樣的方式。另外，用人單位憑啥要給你機(jī)會(huì)，你怎樣能給他驚喜?完全是一句空話。
當(dāng)天填寫日期
簡(jiǎn)歷中的日期最好是參加招聘會(huì)當(dāng)天填寫，這樣才顯得有誠(chéng)意。招聘會(huì)有一定的間隔時(shí)間上次簡(jiǎn)歷上的日期肯定早已過(guò)期，就這樣遞給招聘單位，會(huì)顯得自己沒(méi)有誠(chéng)意，有應(yīng)付之嫌。
最好帶上名片
在應(yīng)聘時(shí)，最好帶上事前印好的名片，在名片上寫清自己的姓名、電話、E-MAIL，最好有一個(gè)個(gè)人網(wǎng)頁(yè)。目的在于拿到對(duì)方出于禮節(jié)回復(fù)的名片，你就有再次和用人單位聯(lián)系的機(jī)會(huì)，還可以補(bǔ)充自己的資料，加深對(duì)方對(duì)你的印象。個(gè)人網(wǎng)頁(yè)上可以提供自己詳細(xì)的資料，同時(shí)可以顯示自己的計(jì)算機(jī)水平。
巧用自己經(jīng)歷
一些獻(xiàn)過(guò)血的同學(xué)并沒(méi)有將這一經(jīng)歷寫進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)歷。而這些經(jīng)歷其實(shí)非常能打動(dòng)用人單位，獻(xiàn)過(guò)血能說(shuō)明你有愛心，還能說(shuō)明你身體健康，這比簡(jiǎn)歷上任何描述自己健康和有愛心的語(yǔ)言都有說(shuō)服力。
