　　During the three –year college study，I tried my best to learn all kinds of knowledge，and weigh the hard work of my teachers and myself; I have mastered English listening，speaking，writing and reading skills. Moreover，I have a good command of Business English and the basic theory， public relationship of secretary. 　　At the same time, I learnt computer skills during my summer vacation，and now I’m familiar with Office 2000. It is my three –year college life that makes me form my life attitude. Also my three-year college life that makes me rich in knowledge.

　　求職信是打開求職大門的“金鑰匙”。10日，在此間召開的中國就業(yè)市長論壇上，勞動和社會保障部提醒廣大求職者，寫好求職信要做到“三忌”“三要”和“三突出”。

　　所謂“三忌”，即一忌高枕無憂，以為自己有技術、有經(jīng)驗、有文憑，就擁有了求職成功的全部資本，過分地堅信自己“天生我才必有用”，而在求職信中流露出盲目自信，甚至提出過分要求;二忌洋洋萬言，述說自己對幾乎所有職業(yè)都有能力和興趣，一副“包打天下”架勢;三忌主題不明，事無巨細，寫成一份流水式學習工作總結。

　　所謂“三要”，即一要精心構思，著力于表達或暗示自己聰明才智、適應能力、工作態(tài)度和發(fā)展?jié)摿?二要情有獨鐘，展現(xiàn)出自己對應聘單位及擬從事崗位有著濃厚興趣，寫作中可適當?shù)赜靡恍┍硎厩閼B(tài)的言詞;三要新穎獨特，在形式和內(nèi)容上都要爭取一些沖擊力或震撼力，突出重點兼及一般。

　　所謂“三突出”，即突出自己的“名、優(yōu)、特”，并且與所求崗位直接相關。一是突出名氣，你在同行中或是周圍人群里名氣如何，曾取得過什么成績，受過什么獎勵，別人的評價如何等;二是突出優(yōu)點、長處，特別是那些你所具有而別人沒有的優(yōu)點和長處，比如用人單位正好需要的技術特長、知識水平和其他本領;三是突出特殊技術和能力，能解決別人不能解決的困難，設計和策劃出別人不能想出來的技術和辦法。
