　　求職簡歷也有對錯?有!一家公司主管招聘的李先生說，收到的簡歷，80%以上不合格，主要問題集中在格式上，比如教育經(jīng)歷，喜歡從中學寫起;工作經(jīng)歷，習慣從剛參加工作寫起，這都屬于簡歷的硬傷。簡歷普遍都太長。有的甚至十幾頁，其實簡歷內(nèi)容過多反而會淹沒一些有價值的閃光點。

　　而且，每到招聘的時候，一個企業(yè)，尤其是大企業(yè)會收到很多份簡歷，工作人員不可能每個都仔細研讀，1份簡歷一般只用1分鐘就看完了，再長的簡歷也超不過3分鐘。

　　所以，簡歷盡量要短，簡歷過長的一個重要原因是有的人把中學經(jīng)歷都寫了上去，李先生認為，教育經(jīng)歷應該從大學開始寫起，學歷從最高開始寫，比如先寫博士，后寫碩士，再就是本科。工作經(jīng)歷應先從現(xiàn)在所從事的工作寫起，招聘人員最關(guān)心的是你所受的最高教育和最近的工作，這樣寫簡歷才會提高應聘的命中率。

　　很多學生的求職簡歷都附了厚厚一摞成績單、榮譽證書的復印件，一些公司的人力資源部門一致認為，只需要在簡歷上列出所獲得的比較重要的榮譽。如果企業(yè)對此感興趣，會要求求職者在面試時把這些帶去。幾位人力資源部經(jīng)理一再告誡大家，求職簡歷一定要按照實際情況填寫。
