個(gè)人的簡(jiǎn)歷寫(xiě)法要層次分明、簡(jiǎn)捷明了,突出重點(diǎn)。通常情況下，求職者多采用的是開(kāi)始部分、中間部分和結(jié)尾部分的寫(xiě)作方式。
(1)開(kāi)始部分包括：標(biāo)題，姓名，年齡，學(xué)歷，婚姻狀況，健康情況，聯(lián)系地址，求職目標(biāo)等。
求職目標(biāo)要結(jié)合自己的實(shí)際情況去選擇職業(yè)目標(biāo)，應(yīng)該考慮的因素有：專業(yè)所長(zhǎng);興趣;待遇;能力;學(xué)歷;年齡;性別;性格;愛(ài)好;社會(huì)習(xí)俗(其中興趣與待遇最為重要)。例如：你一心想學(xué)好外語(yǔ)，并且打算在一兩年之內(nèi)出國(guó)深造，那么你就可以把旅行社、國(guó)際觀光賓館、貿(mào)易公司、外事機(jī)構(gòu)、航空公司、進(jìn)修學(xué)院作為優(yōu)先考慮。對(duì)于特別熱門(mén)、應(yīng)聘人特別多的職業(yè)，選擇要謹(jǐn)慎行事。簡(jiǎn)歷中職業(yè)目標(biāo)的寫(xiě)法:工作目標(biāo)書(shū)寫(xiě)講究簡(jiǎn)練清楚，最好不要超過(guò)四十個(gè)字。

B、工作經(jīng)歷和能力說(shuō)明工作經(jīng)歷，尤其是與求職目標(biāo)相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷;一定要說(shuō)出最主要，最有說(shuō)服力的資歷、能力和工作經(jīng)歷;說(shuō)明的語(yǔ)氣要堅(jiān)定、積極、有力;具體的工作、能力、關(guān)系等證明材料等;寫(xiě)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)時(shí)，一般是先寫(xiě)近期的，然后按照年代的逆順序依次寫(xiě)出。最近的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)是很重要的。在每一項(xiàng)工作經(jīng)歷中先寫(xiě)工作日期，接著是工作單位和職務(wù)。在這個(gè)部分需要注意的一點(diǎn)是，陳述了個(gè)人的資格和能力經(jīng)歷之后，不要太多提及個(gè)人的需求、理想等,適可而止.
(3)結(jié)尾部分多是提供證明自己資歷、能力以及工作經(jīng)歷的證明材料，其中也包括自己的一些補(bǔ)充。例如學(xué)歷證明、學(xué)術(shù)論文、獲獎(jiǎng)證明證書(shū)、專業(yè)技術(shù)職業(yè)證書(shū)、專家教授推薦信等。這些材料可以列在另外的附頁(yè)上.如有必要,可以附加證明人一項(xiàng).但需要說(shuō)明的是：在證明人欄目中要說(shuō)明證明人的姓名、職務(wù)、工作單位與聯(lián)系方式。當(dāng)你同時(shí)對(duì)許多單位寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷，而難于提供許多對(duì)方熟悉且有說(shuō)服力的證明人時(shí)，你也可以在簡(jiǎn)歷結(jié)尾處注明，'一經(jīng)需要，即提供證明人'等.
