正文一般涉及三方面的內(nèi)容:
(1)引起對方注意,如解釋為何選擇該企業(yè),何以證明自己乃最佳人選;
(2)要講清楚自己能給對方帶來什么好處,如介紹自己的品行、工作作風(fēng)和敬業(yè)精神;
(3)感謝對方花時(shí)間閱讀自己的材料,并提出面談?wù)埱。告訴對方自己將在何時(shí)打電話詢問材料是否安全抵達(dá)和安排時(shí)間面試事宜。這點(diǎn)很重要,隨便致電問訊結(jié)果不妙,傻等一個(gè)無言的結(jié)局也不見得更強(qiáng)。另求職信中不宜提出薪資要求。如果對方要求對薪資作出說明,可以告知“薪資待遇可以面議”。
常用的結(jié)語有“此致、敬禮”、“順頌高祺”之類。然后是自己的簽名。字跡要便于辨認(rèn)。簽名下是自己的附言,告訴對方自己的簡歷等材料隨信附上。 求職信篇幅在切中要點(diǎn)、達(dá)到最佳效果的前提下,應(yīng)盡可能簡短。
長度視情況通常一至六段不等。配簡歷時(shí),以一頁為宜;不配簡歷時(shí),盡可能控制在兩頁以內(nèi)。 網(wǎng)上求職信的制作 制作網(wǎng)上求職信還要注意以下幾點(diǎn):
(1)使用a4白紙,因?yàn)椴始垥档碗娔X對字跡的分辨率;
(2)除非用人單位特別要求,不要用手寫和斜體,以電腦設(shè)計(jì)打印為宜;
(3)注意設(shè)定頁邊距離,使文本寬度在16cm左右,這樣求職信看起來不會錯(cuò)誤換行;
(4)慎用豎線,多余的豎線會被電腦識別為“1”;
(5)避免使用圖表,目前仍有些電腦對圖表不予識別,以免信息丟失;
(6)為便于掃描,每條信息之間間隔要清楚,最好每條信息都獨(dú)立成行;
(7)不要折疊,以免因折痕較多而造成掃描困難;
(8)如果一定要讓自己的求職信在形式上與眾不同,可擬個(gè)畫龍點(diǎn)睛的標(biāo)題,也可以用一些星號、特殊字母、加號等分隔內(nèi)容。這些符號不會像版式符號那樣被轉(zhuǎn)換成不可識別的記號。也可以在關(guān)鍵語句下劃線或加點(diǎn)、改變重要文字部分的顏色等。
最后,通過網(wǎng)上發(fā)送求職信和簡歷時(shí)還要注意三點(diǎn):
(1)不要使用下劃線。下劃線與字跡相連易造成誤會、如france會被看成erance。使用橫線時(shí),注意橫線與鄰行的字要拉開距離;
(2)充分利用e-mail的暗送功能?梢园延萌藛挝坏膃-mail地址剪貼在暗送欄里,一個(gè)e-mail發(fā)給好幾家。但不要貪多,暗送欄里的地址一旦超過了9個(gè),就要趕快發(fā)送,否則電腦顯示“執(zhí)行了錯(cuò)誤操作,即將關(guān)閉”,那就白忙一場了;
(3)大家爭相上網(wǎng)發(fā)送求職信和簡歷,反而導(dǎo)致成功率降低。因此,可以將求職信和簡歷放到網(wǎng)站的數(shù)據(jù)庫里。
