  標(biāo)題

  求職信的標(biāo)題通常只有文種名稱,即在第一行中間寫上“求職信”三個字。

  稱謂

  稱謂是對受信人的稱呼,寫在第一行,要頂格寫受信者單位名稱或個人姓名。單位名稱后可加“負(fù)責(zé)同志”;個人姓名后可加“先生”、“女士”、“同志”等。在稱謂后寫冒號。

  求職信不同于一般私人書信,受信人未曾見過面,所以稱謂要恰當(dāng),鄭重其事。

  正文

  正文要另起一行,空兩格開始寫求職信的內(nèi)容。正文內(nèi)容較多,要分段寫。

  第一,寫求職的原因。首先簡要介紹求職者的自然情況如:姓名、年齡、性別等。接著要直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣f明從何渠道得到有關(guān)信息以及寫此信的目的。如:“我叫李民,現(xiàn)年22歲,男。是一名財會專業(yè)的大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生。從報上我看到貴公司招聘一名專職會計人員的消息,不勝喜悅,以本人的水平和能力,我不揣冒昧地毛遂自薦,相信貴公司定會慧眼識人,會使我有幸成為貴公司的一名會計人員!边@段是正文的開端,也是求職的開始,介紹有關(guān)情況要簡明扼要,對所求的職務(wù),態(tài)度要明朗。而且要吸引受信者有興趣將你的信讀下去,因此開頭要有吸引力。

  第二,寫對所謀求的職務(wù)的看法以及對自己的能力要作出客觀公允的評價,這是求職的關(guān)鍵。要著重介紹自己應(yīng)聘的有利條件,要特別突出自己的優(yōu)勢和“閃光點”,以使對方信服。如:“我于1996年7月畢業(yè)于東北財經(jīng)學(xué)院財會專業(yè)。畢業(yè)成績優(yōu)秀,在省級會計大獎賽中,獲得‘能手’嘉獎(見附件),在海南金融雜志上發(fā)表過多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文(見附件)。我在有關(guān)材料上看到過關(guān)于貴公司的情況介紹,我喜歡貴公司的工作環(huán)境,欽佩貴公司的敬業(yè)精神,又很贊賞貴公司在經(jīng)營、管理上的一整套的切實可行的規(guī)章制度。這些均體現(xiàn)了在當(dāng)前改革開放的經(jīng)濟大潮中,貴公司的超前意識。我十分愿意到這樣的環(huán)境中去艱苦拼搏;更愿為貴公司貢獻(xiàn)我的學(xué)識和力量。我相信,經(jīng)過努力,我會做好我的`工作的”。寫這段內(nèi)容,語言要中肯,恰到好處;態(tài)度要謙虛誠懇,不卑不亢。達(dá)到見字如見其人的效果。要給受信者留下深刻印象,進(jìn)而相信求職者有能力勝任此項工作。這段文字要有說服力。

  第三,提出希望和要求,向受信者提出希望和要求。如:“希望您能為我安排一個與您見面的機會”或“盼望您的答復(fù)”或“敬候佳音”之類的語言。這段屬于信的內(nèi)容的收尾階段,要適可而止,不要啰唆,不要苛求對方。

  結(jié)尾

  另起一行,空兩格,寫表示敬祝的話。如:此致之類的詞,然后換行頂格寫“敬禮”、或!肮ぷ黜樌、“事業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)”相應(yīng)詞語。這兩行均不點標(biāo)點符號,不必過多寒暄,以免“畫蛇添足”。

  署名和日期
